REFUND AND MAKE UP POLICIES

ENROLLMENT REFUND AND MAKE UP POLICIES
Full payment must be included with the registration form

Fee is non-refundable except as follows: For medical disabilities, a pro-rated refund/credit shall be given from the date of refund is requested when accompanied by a doctor’s statement explaining the nature of the disability or injury and duration.

Only the Director of Tennis or General Manager may approve refunds, credits, or pro-rated fees.
There is a minimum and maximum in each camp session.
Cancellations: A fee of $150.00 will be applied to all cancellations.
