Detail Information on Junior Academy:
Juniors Development Tennis
Features of Development Tennis: Develop the complete player
-Emphasis on correct fundamentals (footwork, drills, and point play)
-USPTR stroke progressions introduced
-Meets once a week
4 Age Groups:
Little Tennis (ages 3-5)
General motor skill development and athleticism
Fun games & drills used to increase hand-eye coordination
Elementary (Kindergarten 5th grade)
Emphasis on proper grips, swing patterns, and movement skills
Middle School (6th grade 8th grade)
Highlighting technical and tactical skills
Emphasis on ball control, consistency, and direction
Introduction to fitness and variety of serve progressions
High School (9th grade 12th grade)
Builds a foundation that reinforces good strokes and footwork
Drills to teach movement, control, and consistency
Learn through playing out points
Instruction on rules and strategy
Rates and Times for Development Tennis:
Two 19-week sessions offered Session 1 and Session 2:

Cancellation Policy:
Clinics are fully non-refundable, once clinics have started.
Cancellations before the clinics start, a $100 cancellation fee applies.
CAC does not offer make ups for our tennis programs.
Tournament Training Program
Features of Tournament Tennis: Develop the complete player
-Development of USTA Nationally ranked, USTA Sectionally ranked,
or varsity players
-Incorporating physical, technical, mental, emotional, and tactical growth
-Management and design of a solid tournament schedule
-Requires a 2-day per week commitment (up to 4 days available)
-Based on level of play and ranking
4 Levels of play:
Level 1 requirements:
Evaluation by Director of High Performance or Director of Tennis
Over the age of 14
USTA 51 150 Sectional Ranking
USTA 251 + National Ranking
Level 2 requirements:
Over the age of 14
High School team roster or USTA 151 300 Sectional Ranking
Level 3 requirements:
Over the age of 10
USTA Level 2 Regional Ranking 1 25
Complimentary 1 hour monthly private lesson if enrolled for 4 days
Level 4 requirements:
Over the age of 8
USTA Level 2 Regional Ranking 26 +

tennis programs.
Our Holiday Tennis Camps are an ideal place for young athletes to improve their tennis games and have a lot of fun. Each day, campers will benefit with over 5 hours of concentrated tennis.
The players will be grouped by ability to ensure they get the most out of the classes. Sessions will include technique instruction, various live ball drills, match and point play, and on-court fitness.
