mance enhancement. Our training has the ability to provide a significant boost to
your growth within your everyday life activities, as well as supplying you with a
competitive advantage on the tennis court. No matter the venue or situation, health
and confidence are key ingredients to successful development.
Did you know...?
The U.S. Surgeon General set a minimum physical activity recommendation of at
least 30-minutes of accumulated moderate-intensity activity on most, or preferably
all, days of the week. We are here to aide in the fulfillment of that recommendation.

Personalized Group Training Programs
We offer an individual approach to group training. Our classes meet once a week
and are combined with a 1-hour personal training session. Group classes range
from 30-60 minutes and encompass general fitness development and tennis-spe-
cific performance enhancement.
Group Training Classes:
Boxing
- Full body cardio workout
- Increases hand speed, movement, strength, balance, hip rotation,
and self-confidence
- Basic boxing techniques are learned

- Explosive blend of interval training and core training
- Burns fat and strengthen the muscles in your mid-section

A.A.C.E. (Aerobic and Anaerobic Court Endurance)
- Fast-paced on-court training
- Focuses on speed, agility, and footwork

Injury Prevent Stretching

• 1 Class + 1 Personal Training Session $90.00 per week
• 2 Classes + 1 Personal Training Session $100.00 per week

Seasonal Members:

Non-Members:
