Cardio Tennis is a new coed, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of
all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up,
cardio workout, and cool-down. If you want to find a new way to get in shape,
burn calories, and have a viable alternative to visiting the fitness center for a
cardiovascular workout, try Cardio Tennis!
Features of Cardio Tennis:
- Elevate heart rate into aerobic training zone
- Burn more calories than playing singles or doubles tennis
- Short cycles of high intensity workouts with periods of rest (interval training)
- Supplements a singles and doubles play and lesson routine
- Builds endurance to last through those 3-set matches
- Drills are designed for all levels and abilities

Rates and Times for Cardio Tennis:
Three 12-week sessions offered (all sessions are coed):
Session 1: Monday, September 8 Sunday, December 7
Session 2: Monday, December 8 Sunday, March 8
(Session 2 - Instructional clinics do not take place the week of Thanksgiving,
November 24 November 30; the following weeks off for Holiday Break,
December 22 December 29; December 29 January 4)
Session 3: Monday, March 9 Sunday, May 31

Rates:
Full Member $10.00 per class or $120.00 per 12-week session
Seasonal Member $15.00 per class or $180.00 per 12-week session
Non-Member $25.00 per class or $300.00 per 12-week session
Cancellation Policy:
• Clinics are fully non-refundable, once clinics have started.
• Cancellations before the clinics start, a $100 cancellation fee applies.
• CAC does not offer make ups for our tennis programs.
