Fitness Programming

Centercourt Athletic Club offers a multi-level fitness center that features the latest workout and cardio equipment by Lifetime Fitness. We also have a substantial selection of free weights, medicine balls and other training equipment designed to help you get the best workout possible. Additionally, the Club's full time personal trainers are available to help guide you to your highest potential.

 

 

Centercourt’s Elite Group Training Program
Gain an edge over your competition by becoming a member of Centercourt’s Elite Group Training Program
 
Centercourt athletes will train in small groups in a fun, intense, and motivating “team” atmosphere. The sole purpose of this program is improving athletic performance by transforming you into a stronger and more explosive athlete. Flexibility, rehabilitation, and recovery are highly emphasized as well, so you will become a healthier athlete who is less prone to injuries. 
 
Centercourt’s Elite Group Training Program will push your mind and body. You will gain mental toughness, develop discipline, and improve your confidence, which are all needed for a competitive edge against your opponents. If you want to beat your competition, you have to be different, and do the extra work your opponents are not doing. If you are willing to work hard and are ready to commit to your success, this program is right for you.
 
We emphasize the following Goal-Oriented Training:
–Upper and Lower Body Strength Training
–Endurance Training
–Speed Training
–Strongman Training
–Conditioning
–Flexibility Training
–Rehabilitation and Recovery
 
Athletes will be grouped according to age and ability. Groups will be 3 to 6 athletes. This program is for ages 8 to 18.
 
We offer 1-month, 3-month, and 12-month membership options. Developing into a superior athlete is a long-term process, and we are looking for those who are committed and dedicated to excelling to be their best.

Additional Information:
- Group sessions will be scheduled in accordance with the athletes’ practices for their chosen sport.
- If an athlete misses a session during the week, they will have the opportunity for a “make-up session” on Saturdays.

Centercourt’s Adult Group Training Program:
Get healthy, lean, and fit by becoming a member of Centercourt’s Adult Group Training Program
 
Adults will train in small groups in a fun, intense, and motivating “team” atmosphere. The purpose of this program is to improve overall fitness, strength, and conditioning. Flexibility, rehabilitation, and recovery are highly emphasized to improve the health of your body. Specific goals of gaining muscle and losing fat can be achieved by participating in this program.
 
We emphasize the following Goal-Oriented Training:
–Upper and Lower Body Strength Training
–Conditioning
–Endurance Training
–Flexibility Training
–Rehabilitation and Recovery
 
We offer 1-month, 3-month, and 12-month membership options.

Centercourt’s Sports Nutrition Optimization Program
Nutrition is the missing link for the athlete. Optimize your food and fluid intake for optimal training and athletic performance.
The philosophy of this program is that involvement in sports should lead to enhancing your health rather than developing health problems. Good nutritional habits are the key to training and competing in a successful and healthy manner.
Sports Nutrition Program for athletes:Includes 1 Sports Nutrition Workshop, 1 Individualized Meeting, and then a Sports Nutrition Follow-up Program
Sports Nutrition Workshop:
1-hour interactive discussion:
- Nutrition education
- Nutritional aspects of optimal sport performance
- Factors that affect nutritional needs
- How food and fluids affect performance and recovery
* After the workshop, athletes will schedule an Individualized Meeting tailored for their nutritional needs
Individualized Meeting (45 minutes):
- Review of diet and health history
- Assessment of current food and fluid intake
- Body composition measurement
- Additional nutrition education
- Goal setting
- Develop Individualized Sports Nutrition Optimization Program based on the athlete’s sport, body composition, physical activity hours per week, nutritional needs, and health concerns

Proper nutrition is needed to be healthy and active. Whether your goal is overall health, weight loss, or you have nutritional needs for a specific medical condition, this program will be tailored to your individual needs.
Nutrition Program for Adults
Initial Nutrition Consultation (1 hour, 15 minutes):
- Review of diet and health history

- Goal setting
